Farming remains the source of livelihood for many people, whether they are doing it for sustenance, or those who are involved in it for commercial purposes. For a number of communities, farming is the backbone of their economy. If you are able to farm well, it can be highly profitable, which is where Farmer.Tips can come in very handy. There are many farmers who are born into the culture of farming, where they have many family members who are involved in gardening, crop farming, livestock or a combination of many forms of growing and farming. If you grew up doing the same, the chances are good that you are familiar with fresh vegetables, chickens, or even pigs and cows.
Being a farmer for my entire life, I have always been surrounded by the growing and joy that a farm brings. Lumpkins Farm was established in 1984 where we were known for growing a wide range of peppers, tomatoes and fresh herbs. In our Texas greenhouse, we actually had well over 200 amazing plant varieties, including everything from peppers and eggplants to watermelon and more, all of which we were lucky enough to sell regularly at the Dallas Farmers Market located in Dallas, Texas.
I felt it was best that I made sure to share all of my farming industry knowledge with others once I retired from the world of active farming. Farmer.Tips was created and I now have the ability to share experiences with others through advice and general knowledge on everything having to do with the various aspects of farming.
For those interested in custom made farmer merchandise, I also have a shop that is filled with items that you will find handy to use in your regular farming endeavors. Thank you for stopping by, have a blessed day!
